ORDERING - Because of the extra care and handling required to create your special flower sentiments we require 1 day advance notice for orders using the Standard Phrases 2 days advance notice for orders requesting other personalized phrases, and 3 days advance notice for orders of personalized photos or logos.  We understand that occasionally and urgent situation may come up that will require less notice that those outlined above we would be happy to discuss you urgent order in person and will do everything possible to work something out with you (435) 529-7598.

CANCELATIONS - Orders canceled without 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the order total.

Salina Floral shall not be responsible for items damaged during or after shipping.  We are currently using UPS for all of our shipping and each package is insured with the standard basic UPS insurance ($100 value) If additional shipping insurance is needed please request that to be added at the time of your order.
